Uganda records 702 new COVID-19 cases.

The Ministry of Health confirms results of COVID-19 tests done on 11 December 2020 confirm 702 new cases bringing the total number of cumulative confirmed cases to 27,071.

According to a statement, the breakdown of the new cases are: 702 contacts and alerts: Kyegegwa (4), Rukungiri (4), Kabarole (4), Kamuli (4), Kitagwenda (3), Sironko (4), Busia (3), Kabale (2), Sheema (2), Kapchorwa (2), Pallisa (1), Lira (1), Budaka (1), Butaleja (2), Arua (1), Mbale (1), Amuru (1), Kanungu (1), Kyotera (1), Mitooma (1), Mukono (1), Buvuma (1), Kiruhura (1) and 1 Truck Driver: Malaba Point of Entry.
