Uganda Virus Research Institute Deputy Director Dr Julius Lutwama and staff continue to engage the public on the second day of the Service Excellence Exhibition at Kololo independence grounds.
The three-day exhibition under the theme Industrialization for job creation and shared prosperity is intended for the public to participate in the National budgeting process and also be sensitised on accountabilities of funds allocated to Ministries, Departments and Agencies.
Guests who visit the UVRI stall have an opportunity to be informed about viral, infectious, emerging and remerging diseases; as well as research and activities of the departments of Entomology, Immunology, Arbovirology, General Virology, Expanded program for immunization (EPI), Finance and Administration.
